Shipping & Return Policy
If you feel the product is defective or incomplete, please contact us immediately, and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. Products can be returned within 7 days in case of defects or functional problems. You will need to send these back to us to receive credit for the amount paid. Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, or with damaged packaging, etc.
In the case of perishable items, delivery is attempted just once. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is not available, we will not be able to deliver again as the items are unusable. No refunds are possible in such cases.
Refunds are always made to the person who made the purchase, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited by cheque or to the original card/account within a period of 10-15 working days.
Order Cancellations by Sri Balaji Sweets
Sometimes we have to cancel an order for reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer an alternative date or product. In cases where you would rather prefer a refund, we shall reimburse the entire amount paid for the product.
Order Cancellations by Customer
Refund of order cancellations from a customer’s end depends entirely on the nature of the product and the time of cancellation.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless Sri Balaji Sweets is unable to fulfill the order in any way. If you change your mind after placing an order, we will keep the amount in your account, and you can redeem it towards other products within a period of 12 months from the date of the order.
In case of cancellation of an order after delivery of the product/service, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery of the product/service, and we shall work on a mutually agreeable solution.
Delivery
All gifts can be sent to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request.
Please ensure the correct delivery address with phone number in your order. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery that results from incorrect addresses or in case premises are locked.
We work with various delivery partners and try our best to get it delivered on the date and time requested. However, in certain cases, there could be delays.
All orders are usually dispatched within a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 7 days after receipt of payment, depending on the type of products ordered. In cases where you choose a future delivery date, the order will be shipped according to the chosen date.
We ship orders through reputed national couriers with a tracking option. Based on the service chosen for delivery by our system, the tracking details will be shared with you once the order is shipped.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
We take due care to package gifts according to their packaging requirement to minimize the chance of damage in transit.
You will most likely receive the order for your physical gifts order between 9 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Saturday. Delivery days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control such as unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes, pandemic containment measures, etc.
